At a public hearing at Bodhgaya (North India) before foreign pilgrims from around the world, His Holiness the Dalai Lama said that Tibet is under military occupation since the events of March 2008.
"Tibetans have no freedom, no religious freedom. Tibetans are frustrated. Go in Tibet, it is my motion. Try to make the trip. It is important that the international community knows what is happening in Tibet. Try to rely on real facts, goals and when you return to your country, testify, tell what is happening in Tibet around you. "
* Bodhgaya is the place where, in the sixth century BCE, the Buddha Shakyamuni attained enlightenment (Nirvana).

Quote of the Dalai Lama for all of us:
"If you feel that you are too small to make a difference, try sleeping with a mosquito, you will see which of the two prevents the other to sleep ... "
